REFUND POLICY

Motaria Hub Enterprises is committed to providing the highest quality services to its users. Clients may seek termination of a service agreement by submitting the necessary cancellation form on our website between two to three days of the agreement date. If you are unhappy with the progress, you can ask for a refund. Within 5-7 business days, we will refund your payment if you are not happy with our services. Before we get paid back, we'll have to deduct the service tax and our hourly rate for the work we did.

REPORTING A PROBLEM

Motaria Hub Enterprises, a digitally-savvy creative agency based in India, always thinks about the big picture when working on a project. The client and we are equally responsible for the outcome. Therefore, we believe that whenever there is dissatisfaction with the quality of service, every attempt should be made to find a solution that is completely mutually acceptable. Before things go very bad, you should consider asking for a refund.

Our ultimate objective is to find a solution that satisfies everyone. Even so, if you're still dissatisfied and thinking about filing a refund request, we ask that you please take a few moments to send an email to [email protected] so we can resolve your concerns.

If we can't work out our differences through discussion, then you can ask for a refund.

You are eligible for a complete refund of any prepayments paid under the following conditions:

  • You are not happy with the prototype design.
  • We are either unable to get started on your project at this time, or we never did.
  • Unfortunately, we won't be able to complete the project to the specifications.
  • You wish to cancel the project within the first 24 hours after paying for it.

If any of the following apply, then no refund will be given:

You've already given the thumbs up to the design mockup. This provision will not apply if we are unable to complete the project in line with the project's specifications. The project is behind schedule because of a lack of communication on your part.

CANCELLATION

Motaria Hub Enterprises has a simple and easy cancellation policy. The following are the terms of the policy:

  • Your request to cancel must be submitted to our billing department or your account manager in writing. Until the cancellation is officially sanctioned by the appropriate office, it will not take effect.
  • In order to be considered, cancellation requests must be made no later than 12 hours after placing the purchase and before project execution has commenced.
  • Motaria Hub Enterprises is not responsible for the actions of any third parties who offer services such as hosting, website development, content authorship, etc.
